The hotel only provide 2 guests with complimentary breakfast and therefore any guests in excess of this number have to pay $6 each per breakfast despite already paying the room fee for more than 2 guests. If this is the case then the cleaners should be providing an exemplary service to ensure that there is no confusion. This was annoying as the hotel contract/policy which your are provided with upon check in states that each room should be provided with 4 sets of towels and if any towels are found to be missing/lost then the guests will be charged.

This aparthotel is 4.9 mi (7.9 km) from Tortuga Beach and 6.9 mi (11.1 km) from Cancun Convention Center. The cleaners were inconsistent and we did not have enough towels and therefore we had to request for more towels on 2 occasions. The original Prestige Club property, AMBIANCE knows what keeps couples coming back for more. There is no hotel restaurant and food was cooked out of a hotel room which had been converted temporarily. This hotel is a few blocks from ADO bus station and it has good access to R1 and R2 buses which take you to the beach/hotel zone/coco bongos. This hotel has a good location which is in close proximity to Cancun airport which is great for short stays and quick exits of the country.
The staff are friendly and helpful and always willing to make your stay comfortable. The hotel overall was presented in a clean manner and our room was also cleaned to a fair standard. We stayed at The Ambiance Suites for 3 nights in April 2017 and the stay was okay.
